Photo manipulation ~ 洪小玲(洪小鈴)

Wahaha it’s been a long time.
OK, now for the photo manipulation. I haven’t touched my photoshop for a long time (old PC problem) until a few days ago and that’s when i did this. I spent around two nights on this (longest in my personal record lol). It’s something I did to familiarize myself to CS3.
